| What does a "Minimum" mean? | Due to the all inclusive nature of our live scooping events, we require a minimum fee. This is the amount that ensures that we can cover materials and labor to best serve you at your event! If you are hosting a smaller event, we can still cater! | Is gratuity required? | No! We do not automatically add gratuity for events, however, most customers do choose to tip to thank our staff for the hard work and phenomenal customer service they provide. While not required, any gratuity is appreciated. |
| How many hours are included in our live scooping event? | We are able to provide three hours of serving for our live events, though please keep in mind that this does include set up and take down time. |
| What if we need longer than three hours for our event? | No fear! Our team is here to help make your Ice Cream dreams a reality! For extended service times, it will cost $40 per hour per employee. |
